It is designed to deliver a durable, reclosable fastening solution (which can be opened and closed multiple times) which bonds to a variety of substrates including metals and plastics such as acrylics, polycarbonate and ABS.
- HIGH QUALITY: Clear, interlocking mushroom-shaped heads (250 stem density per square inch) provide strong, reliable and durable fastening that can be opened and closed multiple times. Clear, acrylic, conformable foam tape bonds well to a variety of substrates including metals and plastics such as acrylics, polycarbonate and ABS. Strong fastener secures with an audible snap, verifying closure. Features good temperature resistance of 220°F (104°C).
- APPLICATION: This SJ3560 dual lock mushroom clasp uses an acrylic adhesive to bond to a range of high surface energy materials, including some plastics, metals, glass and lacquered surfaces. It enables quick and easy installation without the need for mechanical mounting. After bonding, the interlocked mushroom stems can be fixed, spiral and rivet, but they can be easily separated and accessible to the fixed objects.
- INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL: At room temperature, approximately 50% of the ultimate strength will be achieved after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours and 100% after 72 hours. Spraying alcohol on the tape then it is easy to peel off. Please clean the bonding surface and do not touch the stick layer before using, if anything touched the stick layer. It will peel away.
