Square Cut Fabrication Square cut fabrication is accomplished by simply square cutting the frame 1-7/16 inches (36.5 millimeters) less than the desired width and height of the frame. Next insert the Square Sash Corners, wrap the frame around the glass or acrylic panel and the fabrication is complete.
