360-degree rotatable snap vent for motorsport & aircraft cockpit ventilation. This vent model is made to swivel into or out of the air stream and is constantly open. For vents that will snap closed see items: POPIT-LBW, POPIT-L, or POPIT-S. Made from strong, injection molded, polycarbonate. Designed to direct air to the pilot for cooling or away for extra ventilation. This snap in vent meets stringent Society of Plastics Industry grade A2 for a crystal-clear view. Regarding aircraft applications, this is NOT an FAA-PMA approved part. Instillation requires only a 2" (50.8mm) hole saw with at least 6 TPI (per manufactures recommendation) and a tool to debur the holes edges. Instructions included.
